If ANY you have not been worried about Fukushima lately you are undereducated on recent news. Harvey Wasserman has been speaking and writing about it, among others. I just sent a link to President Obama via the Whitehouse contact page, with this note.

   Dear Mr. President:
   
   You are undoubtedly aware of the deeply disturbing news about Fukushima recently. I have been following this story lately as told by a Green Party friend, Harvey Wasserman. Please read this:

   I think the story needs a terrific wave of news media coverage for the safety of the West Coast, and certainly for the Japanese people. Perhaps you could bring this up in your weekly address, so that we can participate in some action to prevent the worst outcome.
   
   The typhoon in the Phillipines brought people together to help. In this case perhaps the worst outcome could be prevented yet.
